The integrated VPN solution eliminates the need to purchase and install costly additional hardware. The HOOC CONNECT E Gateway in our devices connects to the HOOC Cloud via an encrypted and secured VPN connection. It is the heart of the HOOC VPN solution and offers besides an extensive user administration many additional features such as a KNX bus monitor or alarm messages with push function.

The applications of HOOC AG have been awarded the rating «Outstanding» by the Swiss cyber security expert InfoGuard and thus guarantee above-average security standards.
We provide the HOOC Connect E Gateway free of charge to all users of EIBPORT V3 3.9.0.
New: The HOOC Connect E Gateway is now also available from APPMODULE 1.7.0 and CUBEVISIONMODULE 1.5.0.
The entire infrastructure required for the VPN is operated by our partner, HOOC AG in Switzerland. These operating costs are refinanced via the license fee.
The licenses required for operation can be purchased directly from HOOC AG.
However, our license packages are designed to provide enough bandwidth and data volume for almost all purposes.

The applications of HOOC AG have been awarded the rating «Excellent» by the Swiss cyber security expert InfoGuard and thus guarantee above-average security standards. All data is transmitted with 256 bit AES encryption. If desired, log in to the HOOC portal can be additionally secured with 2-factor authentication. The HOOC servers are located in Switzerland and are subject to European data law.

Yes, for each installation or EIBPORT/module a license is required – analog to the use of a separate hardware per installation.
Yes, any number of installations can be added in the HOOC Portal. As an administrator, you thus have access to all installations at any time.

As a private customer, you have the option to return the product within 14 days and of course receive a full refund.

Anytime. If you need more simultaneous connections, higher bandwidths, data volumes or storage times, you can book these directly with HOOC AG at any time and use them with your module.
The Plug&Play VPN from HOOC is available in the EIBPORT V3 (from 3.9.0), in the CUBEVISIONMODULE (from 1.5.0) and in the APPMODULE (from 1.7.0) via a free update.

The Secure Proxy service enables simple and secure remote access to individual terminals and websites in remote networks.
A unique link is created for each terminal device, with which the user can access the corresponding terminal device of the system externally via a web browser (i.e. without an additional App).
For example, an IP camera can be called up without the need to establish a VPN connection beforehand.
We have put together our licence packages to suit the different areas of application. For users, For users, the monthly data volume is 2 GB.
For professionals and users who want to work with multiple accesses at the same time, 6 GB is recommended.
A licence is always associated with a device. So if you move and take your EIBPORT, APPMODULE or CUBEVISIONMODULE with you, you also take the licence with you. The costs for these licences are always one-off.
