In the spring of 2021, HOOC met with BAB Technologie, a well-known German manufacturer of smarthome and automation solutions, which was looking for an embedded VPN software for its products. In July 2021, the HOOC remote access was integrated in the BAB EIBPORT.

Meanwhile, HOOC's remote access has also been integrated into BAB's CUBEVISION and APPMODULE.

Thanks to HOOC's ded software, every customer buying a BAB hardware product, gets automatically also the remote access,

In order to activate the HOOC remote access in the BAB device, the customer has to go to the HOOC ManagementPortal (https//my.hooc.me) and enter the 20-digit serial number received by e-mail. Please note that this number is only valid for the free 30-day trial period. If after the 30 days, the customer decides to continue with the HOOC VPN, he needs to purchase a HOOC-BAB lifetime license, for which he will then receive a new 20-digit serial key. This number has to be sent along with the old serial number to the HOOC support team (support@hooc.ch). HOOC will then automatically activate the key and the customers lifetime licence. From that point on, the customer can use HOOC remote access without restriction for the whole life of their BAB product.
