Instant Messaging for CompactApp

What has happened SO FAR:


Up to now, there was the CollabApp for sending individual messages on the one hand, and the CompactApp for site management on the other. Although it was possible to receive alarms on the CompactApp - if so configured - it was not yet possible to exchange other information and messages.

What is NEW?


The instant messaging service of the CollabApp has now been integrated into the CompactApp. This means that the end user can now check the status of his technical installations, receive alerts and exchange instant messages (e.g. about maintenance and servicing) with one single application.


System integrators can also send and receive instant messages. However, they doe not do this via his ClientApp, but directly in the HOOC ManagementPortal.

What does that mean EXACTLY ?


Instead of two applications, the end customer only needs one. This means that he can actively participate in the maintenance process, interact in the event of a breakdown or inform the technical managers via instant messaging.
