With the HOOC smart alarm solution, you are automatically informed in case of failure or malfunction of one of your sites and facilities. In your absence or if the notification is not acknowledged, the alarm will directly be forwarded to the next level. For this purpose, it has so far been possible to configure different notification categories (e.g., note, warning, alarm).

It is now possible not only to create different notification categories, but also to subdivide them even further, e.g., according to company-specific alarm scales. An alarm is then not only activated or deactivated, but also further specified, e.g. alarm level 13, etc. In addition, all alarm developments are displayed (e.g. system X a quarter of an hour ago was at alarm level 6, now it is at alarm level 3).
