In case of a failure, the HOOC Alert service sends alarms to predefined recipients either via e-mail, SMS, push notification or voice message. The corresponding notification rules can be set up individually in the different notification centers in the HOOC ManagementPortal.

From now on, you can also find the respective status of the alarms unter the site overview (HOOC ManagementPortal).
