HOOC's remote solution includes various sub-services, including the SmartUI and the Secure Remote Control (SERC). The SERC service supports various protocols from MQTT, PING, KNX to LoRA and Modbus client.

Additional protocol: Newly the SERC service has been extended by the Modbus server protocol. The user can now write or read directly there thanks to the Modbus server provided in the HOOC Cloud.
